Our Managing Director, Mr. Keith Yan and our Director, Mr.Kelvin Chan have been acting as visiting lecturer for HKU SPACE recently, to give lectures for the Executive Diploma in Investment Banking, teaching the fundamentals on investment banking and corporate finance. During the course, students' response to their teaching have been very positive and encouraging.
The AICPA Members Forum invited Mr. Keith Yan to speak in the Seminar with topic "Valuation For Financial Reporting - Impact and Practical Issues" held in Regal Hongkong Hotel. In this seminar, Mr. Yan provided the audience with an idea on how fair value measurement impacts the financial statements and how long these impacts persist on the financial statements.
